CSR- Client Service Representatives
CSRs are the first contact point for clients that need help with their pets. They help people schedule appointments, complete paperwork and make sure that they are greeted and feel welcome when they arrive.
Excellent CSR’s help people feel welcome, appreciated and taken care of! People deserve to feel heard and an excellent CSR is always listening!
If you enjoy people and have great organizational and problem solving skills, this type of work might be for you!
Veterinary Technicians
CVTs are Certified Veterinary Technicians and getting certified is a rigorous college program that prepares one to work more independently than non-licensed technicians. These kind people care for pets, especially when its hard and often when the pets don’t appreciate it. Though they can often be found cuddling or enjoying the youngest and cutest of our guests, they never hesitate to jump into action for any pet that needs care.
